Terms of Payment
Payment is required in advance of each session via the payment method available on www.brearnahayden.com.
If a client cancels a session with more than 48 hours' notice in writing, the paid fees may, at the Facilitator's discretion, be transferred to a future session date.
In the rare event that the Facilitator cancels a session, the client's fee will either be transferred to a future session or refunded.
Sessions
The Session Fee includes all resources as agreed upon prior to commencement and detailed on www.brearnahayden.com.
Sessions will be delivered in the mode chosen by the client during the appointment booking.
The Facilitator schedules sessions around clients' bookings. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for session cancellations.
Failure to attend a confirmed session may result in the client forfeiting their paid fee at the discretion of the Facilitator.
Fees
Service fees are outlined on the business website at www.brearnahayden.com.
Session Duration
The duration of each session depends on the session type, as confirmed at the time of booking and outlined on www.brearnahayden.com. Clients are encouraged to be punctual, as the Facilitator may not extend sessions due to late arrivals.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
If the client fails to attend a pre-confirmed session (in person, online, or via phone). The Facilitator may, at their discretion, arrange a new session time.
If the client cancels a pre-purchased session with less than 48 hours' notice. The Facilitator may, at their discretion, arrange a new session time, but a refund will not be available.
However, if the Facilitator cancels a session, a refund can be requested; however, a new session time will be arranged in the first instance.
