The more I dig into my souls consciousness, the more I know it to be true that I am here to:
Love people to a depth and in ways they have never experienced, so they can discover the unconditional love that exists within everyone and everything, especially themselves,
Heal and educate those who are ready to embrace their highest expression to assist in the collective as we transition fully into the Age of Aquarius, and
Hand out the ‘keys’ to those who are ready to open the door to their greatest potential.

It had to end, to begin
On this day, photographed to the right, I opened the doors to clients at my first healing studio and I had hoped that it would mark a turning point in my life that would bring me into alignment with my purpose. And that it did, just not in the way I had imagined it would. What I didn’t know was that from that moment, my life would begin to unravel and change in every possible way, in ways I couldn’t have dreamed. So begun my spiritual awakening…
During a 2 year period I experienced more loss and grief in my life than I had experienced prior to that time combined, a time of unravelling and life breaking me so that I could rediscover my own light, but first I had to spend months healing and grieving who I was, the people I loved and the life I had.
There were two mantras that remained in my heart throughout this time –
Everything is happening for me, not too me, in divine timing
You can only heal someone to the depths that you have healed yourself
So, equip with my faith and determination I set out to heal and transcend my being and started my journey back to self.
I worked with numerous healers, breathwork practitioners, psychologists, kinesiologists, and light workers. I attended retreats, workshops, classes, and courses. I read numerous books, listened to hours of podcasts and audiobooks. I sat in the depths of my pain, cried more than I ever have and asked ‘why’ more times than I can remember. I journaled. I meditated. I held space for myself to heal. I wrote letters. I recorded videos. I kept falling down, but I was determined to get up again.
My journey, so far…
March 2020, the day I opened the doors to my first healing studio.
I had to know pain, so I could heal pain. I had to realise I was living unconsciously and out of alignment, so I knew what it felt like to be one with the universal consciousness and live aligned in the present moment. I had to learn to be on my own, because I didn’t know how to be. I had to learn not to take things personally and to forgive. I had to learn to become impeccable with my word and to express myself vulnerably and wholeheartedly. I had to learn that good people, make bad decisions and that doesn’t make them a bad person, myself included. I had to learn that I was worthy. I had to learn that whilst I feel deeply, my emotions are not me, that I am in control and that I always have the ability to shift my state. I had to learn that only I have the power to change my life. I had to learn how to feel joy, but first I had to learn what that meant for me.
Today, I am happier and more content than I have ever been in my life. For the first time I know who I am. I honour my feelings and emotions and hold tightly my boundaries. I am committed to my growth and my goals. I hold complete faith in my heart that I will love and be loved again. Life doesn’t always happen like you had planned, but sometimes it’s even better!
And so, you find me today, a woman who has taken pain and discovered the lessons that were hidden inside, a healer who can now hold space for you to depths that previously I didn’t know existed, an empath who has transcended to a higher vibration, a coach who is open-minded and vulnerable who is on a mission to help and heal people using the tools and energy that I am attuned to within my being.
Remember, you’re not meant to go on this journey alone.
